range:<\/strong>\u00a0The project will be implemented on the territory of RMA \u201cMaritza\u201d Member Municipalities and Evros District, Greece<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Overall objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>The overall objective of the project is to support the co-operation between the local organizations in regard to development of the human resources capacity and skills and to stimulate small cross-border projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Specific objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Establishing Training centre \u201cMaritza\u201d for co-operative Bulgarian \u2013 Greek professional training<\/li>\n<li>Stimulating the co-operation between Bulgarian and Greek experts for development of common training programmes<\/li>\n<li>Developing of common programmes for professional training<\/li>\n<li>Implementing three pilot training initiatives on the programmes for professional training, developed within the project.<\/li>\n<li>Raising the qualification of the direct beneficiaries of the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Target co-operation between the training institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Raising the capacity for implementing the joint project.<\/li>\n<li>Development of the subsidiary products within the project in connection with the programmes for professional training and the training centre.<\/li>\n<li>Raising the technical and managing capacity of the target groups and\/or of some of the
