{"id":1410,"date":"2019-03-06T21:52:48","date_gmt":"2019-03-06T19:52:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/maritza.escom.bg\/?page_id=1410"},"modified":"2019-04-05T13:00:32","modified_gmt":"2019-04-05T10:00:32","slug":"%d1%81%d1%82%d1%80%d1%83%d0%ba%d1%82%d1%83%d1%80%d0%b0","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/maritza.info\/en\/%d1%81%d1%82%d1%80%d1%83%d0%ba%d1%82%d1%83%d1%80%d0%b0\/","title":{"rendered":"Structure of RMA Maritza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>General Assembly\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe General Assembly is composed of representatives of the Municipality members, entitled by the Municipal Council and the members\u00a0<span lang=\"en-us\">legal entities and physical bodies<\/span>.<br \/>\nWhen and how the meetings of the GA are carried out?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The General Assembly carries out its meeting at least once yearly and is valid when not less than one-half of all members are present thereat.<\/li>\n<li>The General Assembly can be called by the Board of managers, the Chairman of the Association, on his initiative or on the initiative of a part of the members<\/li>\n<li>Each Municipality member is entitled to one vote in the General Assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Each associated member is entitled to one deliberative vote in the General Assembly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Board of managers\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>determine and regulate the rights of its members;<\/li>\n<li>organise the implementation of the resolutions of the General Meeting;<\/li>\n<li>dispose of the property of the Association in accordance with this Charter;<\/li>\n<li>prepare and present the project budget to the General Assembly;<\/li>\n<li>prepare an annual report on the activity of the Association and present it to the General Assembly;<\/li>\n<li>determine the principles and organise the implementation of the activities of RMA \u201cMaritza\u201d and is responsible for that;<\/li>\n<li>adopt decisions on all matters, which are not subject to any other state body, according to law or to this Charter;<\/li>\n<li>apply all rights given by the General Assembly according to article 23 of this Charter;<\/li>\n<li>appoint and dismiss the Executive Director and determine his\/her remuneration;<\/li>\n<li>approve suggested co-ordinators by the Executive director in the municipalities-members of the Association;<\/li>\n<li>approve the structure of the executive staff of RMA \u201cMaritza\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>implement the liquidation and appoint a certain person for that, in case of termination of the activity of the Association.<\/li>\n<li>The meetings of the Board of managers of RAM &#8220;Maritza&#8221; are held at least twice a year and are regular, if 2\/3 of its members are present.<\/li>\n<li>organizes the implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly and carries out the activity of the Association between the meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>The Chairman<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is elected by the General Assembly;<\/li>\n<li>Represents the Association;<\/li>\n<li>Calls the Board of managers on his initiative or on the initiative of 1\/3 of the members;<\/li>\n<li>Leads the meetings of the Board of managers;<\/li>\n<li>Implements the coordination and the interaction of the Association&#8217;s bodies;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>The Controller<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is elected by the General Assembly;<\/li>\n<li>Controls the implementation of the decisions of the GA and the BM, as well as the activity of the Executive Director;<\/li>\n<li>Observes the Charter to be followed;<\/li>\n<li>Controls the implementation of the budget and the observing of the financial discipline;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Working structures of RMA \u201cMaritza\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe General Assembly forms, closes and determinates the staff of the Commissions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Who can use our services?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Representatives of the Local Authorities;<br \/>\n&#8211; Municipal employees;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-us\">&#8211; Business;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-us\">&#8211; Representatives of NGOs;<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; Citizens, representatives of the business and young people from the region<span lang=\"en-us\">.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Assembly\u00a0 The General Assembly is composed of representatives of the Municipality members, entitled by the Municipal Council and the members\u00a0legal entities and physical bodies.
