During the project was implemented project activities to engage all stakeholders related to the effective management of the processes of integration of third country nationals (TCN) and improve the coordination of actions for the integration of TCN nationally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The main activities that have been implemented are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Developing, printing and distribution of brochures on the topics \u201eIntercultural competences \u2013 communication of the XXI century\u201c; \u201eThe role of the governing public bodies and civil society organizations in the dialogue between the institutions and immigrants\u201c; \u201eIntegration of immigrants \u2013 common cases\u201c. The publications are aimed at experts and representatives of institutions from different backgrounds &#8211; local authorities, regional structures, NGOs, civil society, media, experts in various fields, immigrants third country nationals (TCN) in order to raise their awareness regarding the integration of TCN and social inclusion, capacity building in the field of intercultural competence for implementation of integration measures for better dialogue between the institutions and immigrants in Bulgaria. The Handbooks are available in the office of RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221; and in electronic format in Bulgarian and English language subpage about the project in the platform http:\/\/www.bgimigranti.com<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Creation of \u201ePlatform for working of Information centeres and organizations for the integration of immigrants\u201c in order to promote active exchange of best practices, working mechanisms and information on the topics of integration policies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Organization of seminars for upgrading of the capacity of public bodies related to the integration policy of immigrants during the month of June 2015 The seminars are related to the importance of the intercultural communication competence, through various interactive methods and role training participants were trained to work with immigrant communities and to integrate the correctly in their work mechanisms for sustainable integration of immigrants. There was discussed the role of public authorities and civil society organizations in the dialogue between the institutions and immigrants, as well as specific cases in the field of integration of immigrants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Implementation of measures for information and publicity by updating the website www.bgimigranti.com, media publications, placing the an information board and dissemination of information materials to municipalities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2015-04-08<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since the middle of March 2015 the new sub-page of the web-platform http:\/\/www.bgimigranti.com which is created and active under the \u201eCapacity building and creating an active platform to support immigrants integration policy\u201c, financed by the European Fund for the Integration of third-country nationals, funded by the European Union. The overall objective of the project is capacity building at regional level, involving all stakeholders related to the effective management of the processes of integration of TCN and improve the coordination of actions for the integration of TCN at national level by organizing training initiatives and creating an active platform the interregional exchange of best practices. Already the developed information section &#8220;Platform for working of information centers and organizations for the integration of immigrants.&#8221; is active. The platform includes project forum &#8211; http:\/\/www.bgimigranti.com\/forum\/ and developed products and materials that will be presented free of charge in Bulgarian and English for all users.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Forum of the website provides an opportunity for exchange of best practices and sharing of information necessary to improve the coordination of actions for the integration of third- country nationals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221; invites all stakeholders involved in the process of immigrant third- country nationals integration to participate in a project created by Forum &#8211; www.bgimigranti.com\/forum\/, by which theywill have the opportunity in real time to exchange experience, information and useful links regarding the improvement of actions for the integration of immigrants. Also on email &#8211; mailto:maritza@maritza.info all stakeholders can send information about the implemented initiatives, events that they organize, services that provide developed materials etc., Which will be presented on the project website and the information section &#8220;Platform for working of information centers and organizations for the integration of immigrants.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Until the end of the project there have been envisaged the following activities: Conducting of three seminars for experts and institutions from different backgrounds &#8211; local authorities, regional bodies, NGOs, civil society on the topics: \u201eIntercultural competences \u2013 communication of the XXI century\u201c, \u201eThe role of the governing public bodies and civil society organizations in the dialogue between the institutions and immigrants\u201c \u0438 \u201ePracticum \u2013 cases and regional measures in the field of integration policy of immigrants\u201c;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Developed and disseminated three handbooks on the topics: \u201eIntercultural competences \u2013 communication of the XXI century\u201c; \u201eThe role of the governing public bodies and civil society organizations in the dialogue between the institutions and immigrants\u201c; \u201eIntegration of immigrants \u2013 common cases\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Implemented measures for information and publicity \u2013 updating the Internet site www.bgimigranti.com with information for the project; 2 publications for the project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In January 2015 RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221; startred to work on the project \u201eCapacity building and creating an active platform to support immigrants integration policy\u201c, funded by the European fund for the inyegration of third-country nationals cofinanced by the European Union under Annual programme 2013, scheme BG EIF 2013\/01 Procedure &#8220;Integrated scheme for providing grants for the implementation of activities aimed at putting into practice the&#8221; Common Basic Principles of Policy integration of immigrants in the EU&#8221; and support a consistent and sustained policy to guarantee the rights of immigrants and ensuring their successful integration into Bulgarian society&#8221;, and more particular BG EIF 2013\/01-05 Component 5: Support for capacity building at all levels of integration policy and practice &#8211; with the participation of municipalities, social partners, NGOs, academics and others, as well as expanding and improving coordination mechanisms at the national, regional and local level to improve implementation, coordination and development of intercultural competence in the implementation of integration measures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The implementation of the planned project activities will contribute to the Priority 3 of this scheme, namely &#8220;Capacity building for implementation of policy integration, coordination and intercultural competence building at different levels and units to the government&#8221; and its Operational objective 3.2 Strengthening the capacity for mutual cooperation and real participation in the process of integration of civil society, social partners, local authorities and international, academic and non-governmental organizations and communities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The project includes the implementation of the following main activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activity 1: Project Management<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activity 2: Conduct seminars for capacity building of public bodies involved in the immigrants integration policy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activity 3: Development of an information section within the created site www.bgimigranti.com: &#8220;Active platform for working of information centers and organizations for immigrants integration&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activity 4: Information and Publicity for the project<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The expected results on the project are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">improved capacity of experts and representatives of institutions from differents spheres &#8211; communication of the XXI century\u201c; \u201eThe role of governing public authorities and civil society organizations in the dialogue between institutions and immigrants\u201c; \u201eIntegration of immigrants &#8211; common cases\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Established 1 platform in Bulgarian and in English for working of information centers and organizations for immigrants integration at www.bgimigranti.com with forum for communication<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Implemented information and publicity measures &#8211; installed 1 information board for the project in the project office; update of the web page www.bgimigranti.com with information for the project;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 media publications in regional daily on the territory of Haskovo region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The current project will upgrade the achieved results on the projects \u201eImplementation of courses for immigrants in real time\u201c, \u201eFrom and for immigrants \u2013 what else you need to know\u201d, \u201eFrom immigration to integration\u201c, which are implemented in 2012, 2013 and 2014 by RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221;and financed from the European fund for the integration of third-country nationals, Schemes BG EIF 2010\/01, 2011\/01, 2012\/01. As a result of these projects online platform for training of third-country nationals www.bgimigranti.com was developed and updated, and also techniques for monitoring and evaluation in order to improve integration measures were presented. 58 lessons with tests are presented on this platform for free on the topics: Bulgarian language, History of Bulgaria, Civil orientation, Administrative procedures and also 27 lessons with tests are presented for training of immigrants rights and opportunities for better access to goods and services on the topics: Government structure and activity of key institutions in the Republic of Bulgaria, Acquisition of movable and immovable property of the immigrants in the Republic of Bulgaria, Explaining the civil law, Explaining the Commercial Law, Explaining the Criminal Law. The platform also presents life, culture, traditions and customs of the life of immigrants who live in the region of Haskovo; online visits to natural and historic attractions in Haskovo. The platform gives access to the developed Handbook for municipalities, private companies and NGOs to develop effective mechanisms to ensure effective involvement of immigrants in local labor markets, Report form the implemented Research on the integration of immigrants and expectations perception of the Bulgarian society &#8211; different viewpoints and possible solutions to the question &#8220;for&#8221; and &#8220;against&#8221; immigration in Bulgaria, the established database with vocational training centres and institutions for immigrants in Bulgaria, including information for institutions, organizations, information centres for immigrants integration and VTC. Within the projects \u201eImplementation of courses for immigrants in real time\u201c and \u201eFrom and for immigrants \u2013 what else you need to know\u201d 30 participants ineach project participated in online courses and the materials developed on the project \u201eFrom immigration to integration\u201c are disseminated through representatives of the local authorities, NGOs and others in Haskovo region and also presented for free on www.bgimigranti.com.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This project aims at capacity building at regional level, involving all stakeholders related to the effective management of the processes of integration of TCN and improve the coordination of actions for the integration of TCN at national level by creating a platform and interregional exchange of best practices. The conduct of 3 seminars aims at building capacity of local and regional authorities, social partners, NGOs and other units and structures related to the effective management of the processes of integration of TCN to provide support for initiatives and actions to promote integration and the forum creation aims to promote an active exchange of best practices, working mechanisms and information on the topics of integration policies by creating opportunities for networking of organizations working for the integration of immigrants.
