Regional Development Agency of Rodopi SA hosted the initiative. Issues of preparation of the schedule for conducting tenders by each partner and other organizational matters were also discussed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-937 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/green-kick-off1-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"408\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/green-kick-off1-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/green-kick-off1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/green-kick-off1-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/green-kick-off1-250x166.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 408px) 100vw, 408px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the end of the meeting the partners decided the next meeting to be held in Bulgaria hosted by RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Second meeting of partners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bulgarian and Greek partners in the project &#8220;Green holidays&#8221; were pleased to greet each other with successful joint activities<\/p>\n<p>Today, March 15th, 2012 Mineralni bani hosted a partnership meeting of the teams that developed and implemented successfully for nearly a year the joint project \u00abGreen Holidays\u00bb, financed by European Territorial Cooperation Programme Greece &#8211; Bulgaria 2007-2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Bulgarian side was represented by the project teams of RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221; and Tourist Foundation Fund &#8220;Pirin&#8221;. During the initiative the progress of each of the partners of Bulgaria and Greece, and the planning of future tasks was discussed. In view of the effective implementation of project activities following decisions were taken at the meeting:<br \/>\n&#8211; Preparing a request to the Joint Technical Secretariat in connection with the need to change the schedule and extending the project by 3 months;<br \/>\n&#8211; Preparing a request to the Joint Technical Secretariat in connection with the need to involve partners in a big Greek tourism exhibition in another country other than Greece or Bulgaria;<br \/>\n&#8211; Dimosineteristiki Evros should prepare at the earliest design of all promotional materials and send them to other partners for printing;<br \/>\n&#8211; all partners should move the closure of tenders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-930 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/3rd-meeting-green-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"387\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/3rd-meeting-green-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/3rd-meeting-green-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/3rd-meeting-green-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/3rd-meeting-green-250x188.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fourth meeting of the partners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On March 27, 2013 the Project Manager and the Coordinator on GREEN HOLIDAYS from RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221;, acting as a partner in the project, participated in the fourth meeting of partners held in Teshovo, Gotse Delchev.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the agenda, each partner presented its progress. The project website www.projectgreenholidays.eu and the need to get on the latest information from each partner was discussed. Partners discussed some difficulties in recruiting members in the network GREEN HOLIDAYS, as well as expectations for approval of the requested extension of the project in view of the participation of the Greek partners in tourism fair in Athens from 12-14 April 2013. The initiative is part of the GREEN HOLIDAYS project, funded under the European Territorial Cooperation &#8220;Greece-Bulgaria 2007-2013&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-939 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/logo-green-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"351\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/logo-green-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/logo-green-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/logo-green-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/maritza.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/logo-green-250x188.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 351px) 100vw, 351px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of the event was to meet all stakeholders in the development of tourism in the region Haskovo and Kardzhali and to promote among them the concept of &#8220;green tourism&#8221; and the establishment of Green Holidays network.<br \/>\nThe initiative involved more than 40 people &#8211; representatives of hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, travel agencies and tourist information centers, municipalities, media and visitors.<br \/>\nWithin the 1-day event the participants were presented the requirements for inclusion of members in the network GREEN Holidays and cooperation possibilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GREEN HOLIDAYS Network was presented to the International Tourism Fair HOLIDAY &amp; SPA EXPO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the period from 14 &#8211; 16 February 2013 RMA &#8220;Maritza&#8221; participated in the International tourism fair, which was held in Sofia.
