To promote the rights and duties of the EU citizens among the people, living in the municipalities, members of RMA \u201cMaritza\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; To facilitate the public access to information, concerning the rights and responsibilities of the EU citizens<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;
