as a second partner in the project, performs the following procedures to determine the contractors:
1. Conducting a simplified procedure for service according to PRAG, Annex IV Assignment of Beneficiaries in EC external actions with subject: “Transportation and accommodation in” project “Capacity building for strategic planning in border municipalities,” Cross Border Cooperation Programme (IPA) Bulgaria – Turkey, Reference: 2007 CB16IPO008- 2009-1-045 – PP2-1 “Travel and accommodation”.
2. Conducting a simplified procedure for service according to PRAG, Annex IV Assignment of Beneficiaries in EC external actions with the subject “Rental equipment for simultaneous interpretation of events” on the project “Capacity Building for strategic planning in border municipalities” program CBC (IPA) Bulgaria – Turkey, Reference: 2007 CB16IPO008- 2009-1-045 – PP2-3 “Rent of equipment for simultaneous translation for events”.
3. Conducting a simplified procedure for service according to PRAG, Annex IV Assignment of Beneficiaries in EC external actions with subject: “Rent a room and catering services for events” on the project “Capacity Building for strategic planning in border municipalities” program CBC (IPA) Bulgaria – Turkey, Reference: 2007 CB16IPO008- 2009-1-045 – PP2-2 “Rent of hall and catering for events”.
4. Conducting a simplified procedure for service according to PRAG, Annex IV Assignment of Beneficiaries in EC external actions with subject: “Lecturers and interpreters” on the project “Capacity Building for strategic planning in border municipalities,” Cross Border Cooperation Programme (IPA) Bulgaria – Turkey, Reference: 2007 CB16IPO008- 2009-1-045 – PP2-4 “Trainers and interpreters”.
