Municipality Mineral Baths is located in Southern Bulgaria, at a distance of about 18 km from the town of Haskovo. Its territory of 214 664 decares is situated in the Eastern Rhodopes and is characterized by its mostly hilly terrain. The altitudes vary between 50 and 500 meters, with the highest peak “Aida” -859 meters.
The region has a temperate continental climate – mild winter, warm summer and prolonged autumn, which favors year-round balneotherapy. Mineral water – the most valuable natural resource of the region is hyperthermal (57 ° C) and unique in its chemical composition and medicinal properties. It flows from 14 springs with a flow rate of 1500 l / min. It is characterized as sulphate-sodium, calcium and fluorine.
