A Citizen Participation Handbook project is published in the public consultation portal at the following link.
Everyone has the opportunity to participate by 14th May 2019, sharing comments, opinions and suggestions regarding the draft of the Handbook.
The purpose of the Handbook is to guide and assist citizens and their associations and organizations in their dialogue with public authorities. The expectation is to contribute to the creation of a favorable environment for civic participation in the decision-making process by presenting principles, guidelines, tools and mechanisms for participation.
